Are you someone with a pleasant disposition and has a knack for dealing with customers? If so, please consider a position as a Host/Server in our establishment. We are a small, family operated restaurant, and as such, our host gets to wear many hats. Seating customers, taking payments, entering in to-go orders and packaging them, are among a few of the responsibilities that you will have. The work pace here is not overwhelming since we are not a popular franchise restaurant and so we have a lot of down time between customers. The work pace is generally slow during the earlier part of the day and gets busier in the evening. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are the busiest days, and the level of work demand is carefully considered before setting the compensation rate.
Pay minimum will be $16/hour. The are opportunities to make extra when helping out with serving customers. This tends to make the average gross pay not less than $18/hour (based on a monthly pay average).
