We keep rental homes in shape for big landlords across the Cincinnati metroplex. If you can walk a unit, fix what’s broken, and leave it clean, we want to talk.
This starts as per job work. We send you tickets. You get paid for each job. Ticket pay depends on the work. Do good work, communicate, finish clean, and we send more tickets. People who move into full time with us are typically at about $1650 a week. Materials are covered. You bring labor, tools, and a reliable truck, van, or SUV. 1099.
Good fit if you have done handyman routes, flips, make readies, or restoration style repairs. Specialty only plumbers, HVAC, or electricians are a different lane. We need multi skilled punch out people.
