Our Bar Assistants are essential to keeping the beverage program organized, stocked, clean, and ready for service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing professional bar skills and eventually advancing into a Bartender position.
Responsibilities include:
• Preparing garnishes, juices, syrups, and mixers
• Stocking liquor, wine, beer, glassware, ice, and bar supplies
• Maintaining clean and organized bar stations
• Washing and polishing glassware
• Supporting Bartenders throughout service
• Running drinks and clearing glassware as needed
• Restocking and organizing inventory
What we're looking for:
• Restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and stamina
• Attention to cleanliness and organization
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Interest in learning professional beverage service and Japanese hospitality
Compensation:
$11.00/hour base wage + tips
Full-Time Benefits:

Staff meals, professional development, beverage training, and opportunities to grow into Bartender and Bar Supervisor roles are also available.
