Full, lush 7.5 ft Grand Duchess Balsam Fir artificial Christmas tree from Home Decorators Collection. This is a premium tree with a thick, realistic look, originally purchased from Home Depot for over $300.

Features:
- 7.5 ft tall
- Pre-lit with 2,250 LED lights
- Color-changing lights (switch between warm white and multicolor)
- Realistic balsam fir branch tips with a full, dense profile
- Hinged branches for quick setup and easy shaping
- Assembles in sections

Condition / Honest disclosure: The tree itself is in great shape, but some of the lights do not work. The bottom section lights up, but the top two sections do not light up (as of last December). We did limited troubleshooting with no success, so it may be a simple fix (a bulb, fuse, or connection), or you could cover it by wrapping the top with your own string lights or a large tree topper.

- Smoke-free home
- Cash only, local pickup
- Tree comes apart in sections, so it fits in most SUVs and hatchbacks.
- Original box: not included
