This is a house and i live out of the basement. The house is open to you you will have not just a room but living room kitchen dining area and front and back yard. You will share a bthroom and laudry with other roomate as i rent 2 rooms upstairs and i have my own bath and laudry in basement. The price includes all utilities plus internet and cable as i get it free with my job. Down payment of $1200 is needed to hold the room until it is ready and to move in. This included your first and last months rent. When or if you move out must give 30 days notice and the last month rent can be used to pay your last month or returned as needed. Rent is due on the 1st of every month and if given notice i may give more time, if no notice is given then there will gem $100 late fee.
