Hi! We’re looking for two or more reliable people to help us move our larger furniture and heavier items from our home in Chula Vista to our new apartment in El Cajon on Sunday, August 30.
We’ll be taking care of all the packing, smaller items, and furniture prep ourselves. We do not need packing, organizing, or furniture wrapping — we mainly need help loading, transporting, and unloading the larger items we can’t safely move ourselves.
Items to be moved include:
- 2 queen beds
- 2 tall dressers
- 1 long dresser
- 2 end tables
- 3 bookcases
- Couch
- Dining room table
- TV stand
- 3 televisions
- Approximately 10 large 27-gallon storage bins
We’re looking for someone with an enclosed moving van or similar enclosed vehicle large enough to complete the move in one trip. We are not looking for an open truck or pickup truck.
Access should be pretty easy — there are only three steps on and off the porch at each location, with no other stairs involved.
