The garages will be cleaned better prior to you renting and all of my stuff stored in there will be moved all the way to the edges so as to take up the minimum amount of room. My items stored in there will take up only 2-3 feet at most on the width, against the side walls of the garages.
For safety reasons, the garage can be rented for storing a vehicle or items only, meaning that you cannot run a business out of the garages. You will not have your own key, and must arrange with me to let you in to first get your vehicle parked in there and then also during the rental timeframe if you ever want to check on your vehicle. Same goes for removing your vehicle when your rental timeframe is up. I am easily reachable by text message and you can arrange with me if you need to go in for some reason during your rental period.
This would be a great set up for someone who needs to store a vehicle during the colder months. Ideally, I am looking for someone to rent from say November 15-May 15. I am requiring a 6 month minimum for this rental. However, if you want to store all year round that is great and also works for me!
