We are looking for someone to take over our current lease that ends on May 31st, 2027. Our ideal date to have someone take over the lease would be November 1st but a different date can be discussed. The apartments are The Courtyard At Oakdale located at 1401 Oakdale St, Chico, CA 95928. This spacious unit is a two bedroom and two bathroom apartment with split mini ac/heater located in the living room and both bedrooms, gas stove/oven, washer and dryer in the unit, and each unit has dedicated solar panels to help offset some costs of PG&E bills. Located near plenty of restaurants and entertainment less than two miles away. No pet deposit and no pet rent are needed. Large dog breeds are accepted. The security deposit was 1750 and we are looking to leave that to the tenants that take over. If interested you will still need to fill out an application and pay an application fee and get approved by Rent Out West Management Company.
