Both are in excellent condition barely slept on with NO stains, odors or rips both had mattress protectors on them in a dog, cat & smoke free house. Engineered Sleep is a (Flippable) (Firm) King organic cotton mattress which is rare these days much longer use with proper flipping & rotation. Black Ice (Plush) King mattress is (Not Flippable) but can be rotated. Both for $400.00 which includes (one) organic cotton mattress topper or $240.00 each. First come first have for mattress topper as a bonus also in excellent condition.
