Looking to pay a one time payment for the website build, but the idea is that this only requires basic HTML. I do not want to use AI for this, and you will not be allowed to use AI for this.
The person ideal for this job will hopefully be able to contribute to editing, or maybe even be a writer themselves, but it is not necessary. The right person will see the bigger picture and wish to build a relationship. I would be very open to an ongoing arrangement wherein I pay per posting, or you become a partner in a bigger project.
