WANTED: Cargo trailer parking near Portage Park — approximately $100/month
Looking to rent an off-street outdoor parking spot for my enclosed cargo trailer, preferably near Portage Park. Nearby areas such as Jefferson, Norwood, Edison Park, Niles, Park Ridge, Norridge, Harwood Heights, or Schiller Park would also work.
The trailer has a 7′ × 14′ cargo box. Overall dimensions, including tongue and fenders:
• Length: 20 feet
• Width: 9 feet 2 inches
• Height: 8 feet 4 inches
A driveway, commercial lot, or storage yard could work, provided there’s enough room to maneuver it into the space. Secure or fenced parking would be a plus.
It’s used to transport equipment for two summer food festivals each year, so access would be infrequent. No food preparation or business activity would take place at the parking location.
Looking for a spot available soon, ideally month-to-month, for winter storage and potentially longer. Budget is around $100/month, depending on location and setup.
