Condition: Fair vintage condition. Solid wood and structurally sturdy, but shows age-appropriate wear/scuffs. Drawers pull out fine.

Location: Located on the 4th floor of a walk-up house (4 flights of stairs, no elevator) in Bridgeport (60616)
Tools & Labor: You MUST bring your own tools to dismantle the bed frame and enough strong help (at least 2–3 capable people) to carry everything down the stairs. The dressers are solid wood and very heavy.
Vehicle: You will need a large pickup truck or moving van.
