About the Role:
We are looking for energetic, professional, and reliable Valet Attendants to join our team.
As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will deliver exceptional customer service while safely parking, securing, and retrieving guest vehicles. If you enjoy staying active, driving a variety of vehicles, and working in a fast-paced, tip-earning environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities: Greet arriving and departing guests warmly, opening doors and assisting with luggage or personal items. Safely maneuver, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in designated lots or parking garages. Inspect incoming vehicles for existing damage and document notes accurately when required. Maintain strict control of vehicle keys, valet tickets, and claims tracking systems.
