Leaving the lease early due to falling in love, but would have happily completed the term here and then some.
You can find an almost identical apartment on Zillow in this building to get the unfurnished views, but otherwise I'm including furnished photos in this post to say: these things too can be yours! Bed frame, couch, very small TV, bar cart, coffee table. These things I would leave to you if you would like. If you want them gone I could do that too. My mattress I'm keeping but I could hook you up with a different mattress that is pretty good and very clean.
There is an additional $125/mo "amenities" charge for trash, water, gas, internet (which is included, and I'll leave my router with you if you'd like). You're responsible for electric with ComEd.
