Saturday is from 10 to 5. Sunday is 10 to 3. Most every disc is $2 (per disc) on Saturday. There are even free discs! Yeah, let's limit it to 10 per customer. On Sunday we'll be offering box lots. If you're a dealer looking to buy all the remainders stop by Sunday at 2pm or make an appointment for Monday.
Pretty much all sorts of music. Jazz has the best selection but there's lots of great rock (including imports). There's also country, soul, blues, gospel, classical, Christmas, world, and so on. There is a small selection of higher-priced SACD's. Most everything is in great shape buy you'll have to check condition.
What about those other delights? There will be vinyl but almost all of it is warehouse accidents and returns priced appropriately. Just albums- no 12" singles of 7" singles.
More delights? You betcha! We have two sound rooms and we'll be demonstrating some great bookshelf speakers. Now most bookshelf speakers won't fit on a bookshelf but you'll see them and more importantly hear them.
Just a handful of cassettes, DVD's and VHS.
Cash, credit card, and Applepay should all work. No Zelle or similar transaction technology. Please spread the word and bring friends who don't want the same titles you do.
Music Direct is in an unmarked building at 1811 W Bryn Mawr, Chicago 60660. Just west of the Metra tracks and Ravenswood Avenue. There should be plenty of parking but the CTA can get you within about four blocks.
