My lease ends on April 30th, 2027 and I am moving out of town. I will not be returning to the apartment, so you would be able to negotiate a lease renewal on the same terms as a primary tenant.
The apartment has updated stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, plentiful storage, in-building w/d, a fitness room and interior courtyard patio, <5 mins to the Red Line (Clark/Division station) and multiple bus stops, and is pet-friendly (up to two cats, no dogs, $100 fee per pet). Cat not included!
The building pays water, gas, and trash disposal. Tenant pays electric and (optional) wi-fi. Apartment is on central heating, with the option to install an A/C unit in the window for a fee (paid every 6 months, or a lower installation fee if you buy your own A/C unit). Free and timely repairs for appliance and plumbing issues.
Management requires tenants to have a gross income over 3x apartment rent and a high credit score. They also require a criminal background check. Guarantors accepted. $30 application fee (paid to the building, not me). (Please come see the property before applying).
Apartment will be available September 21st, at the earliest. I would prefer to fill the room before September 30th. I am available to show the apartment 9-5 every day until the earliest start date, by appointment. Please contact me if you are interested!
