The parking spot is on the lower of a two floor garage (street level and basement) and the garage is part of the apartment complex at the stated address. You would have a transponder to keep in your car and a fob to access the facility otherwise. The garage has a CCTV system (video surveillance) in place for security purposes. We are asking $325 for a month-to-month lease, with a $200 deposit for the transponder and fob. However, if you need a multi-month lease there is room for negotiation.
