Howdy howdy! I'm subletting my room in a cozy apartment in Humboldt -- I'll be working overseas for a few months and returning in January. The apartment is on the third floor of a beautiful old greystone building, vibey inside, laundry in the basement and a small but mighty backyard : )

The room is 15'x12' and currently has a bed, large desk and small end table.
The roommate(s) you'd be living with are one gal in their thirties -- and one cute pup! MUST LOVE DOGS.
The house is usually pretty quiet, and we keep things pretty clean & tidy but it's a funky old building so we're not precious.
Utilities are split 50/50 with the other roomie, and typically run about $100-150/per person.
