Painting and touch-ups
Basic carpentry
Lock, door, and hardware repairs
Preventative maintenance
Ability to diagnose maintenance issues
Ability to work independently
Reliable transportation
Good communication skills
Attention to detail
Experience working in multifamily properties preferred
Ability to respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
Basic knowledge of Chicago building codes preferred
