P-3060R Super Servo Stereo Preamplifier with Onkyo Super Servo circuitry eliminates direct current and extremely low frequency intermodulation between signal line input and output. A second servo loop is employed to eliminate differences in ground potential between preamp output and power amp input. Features found on the P-3060R include two phono inputs with variable gain for MM/MC phono cartridges, five position phono impedance switch, Separate power supplies for phono and subsequent stages, Super Servo cables, high grade conductive plastic controls, subsonic filter, high cut filter direct tone control circuitry and Bi-Directional tape dubbing.
M-5060R Super Servo Stereo Power Amplifier. This Dual Mono, High-Current power amplifier is built with a pair of 18Kuf filter capacitors and two pairs of 10 amp output transistors per channel. Amplification is class AB of DC design making the noise floor extremely low. As like the matching P-3060R preamplifier it has two Super Servo loops between the input and output terminals. One eliminates internally generated DC and ELF and the second loop cancels differences in ground potential. The M-5060R employs improved current amp in addition to the two servo loops to reduce the effect of speaker induced Electro Motive Force. Other features include independent power supplies with large twin wound transformers, input level controls, Bigass power meters behind glass with meter range selector, headphone jack and speakers 1&2 terminals.
