THE WORK
• Paint apartments and prepare surfaces for painting.
• Clean and maintain property grounds.
• Clean apartments before move-ins and after move-outs.
• Complete minor repairs and general apartment maintenance.
• Help prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Hands-on painting and maintenance experience.
• Your own vehicle and tools.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and pride in your work.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks.
