We are looking to hire a part-time Maintenance Tech. This is a traveling position that will cover scattered sites throughout Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana.
The position will consist of performing maintenance repairs in one or more skill areas, including minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and plastering, electrical repairs. Tasks such as but not limited to changing light bulbs, changing filters, changing locks on doors, minor decorative maintenance and other tasks not requiring a licensed skilled trades person. Although licenses and certifications in any of these areas would be beneficial in hiring process. Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
