We are looking to hire a part-time Maintenance Handyman immediately. Our buildings require semi-skilled and skilled repairs, electrical and plumbing. We ask that you have your own general toolbox and transportation. This position will cover scattered sites.
Our usual projects include:
Plaster/Drywall repair and/or replacement and must be able to paint entire units.
Custom carpentry projects: Vanity and sink repair and installation.
Sink, tub caulking and grouting. Light installation and electrical hook-ups
Backsplash installation, caulking and grouting.
