A little about me:
I'm 40, work in the restaurant industry, and am transitioning into IT/cybersecurity. Pretty laid-back, enjoy gaming, technology, and having a fun and comfortable place to unwind after work. I've lived here for several years, Logan Square is cool! The apartment is super well priced for the area.
Looking only for a great person who pays rent on time, respects shared spaces, communicates well, and appreciates a reasonably clean, relaxed living environment.
I'm friendly and happy to socialize, but also appreciate personal space and downtime. Not looking for a best friend or someone to split every activity with—just a good, dependable roommate.
