Responsibilities and Duties
Sweep, mop, vacuum, floors in offices, hallways, lobbies, trash removal and common areas
Clean and sanitize restrooms
Dust fixtures, window sills, and other surfaces throughout the building.
Painting
• Must be dependable and show up on time
• Able to work independently and with a small crew
• Experience in property maintenance or construction preferred
Mon - Friday 8am - 5pm
