I am looking for a motivated **Intern Personal Assistant / Film Production Crew Member** to assist with both **personal/business support and film production activities.**
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to learn what it REALLY takes to work behind the scenes in the entertainment industry.
### 🎥 FILM & PRODUCTION
The selected intern may assist with:
* Film production and behind-the-scenes activities
* Production setup and breakdown
* Organizing props, wardrobe, equipment, and production materials
* Assisting cast and crew
* Production runs and errands
* Helping maintain an organized and professional set
* Assisting with scenes and production activities
* Learning the filmmaking process from preparation through production
Previous film experience is a plus, but **not required**. I'm willing to work with someone who is dependable, eager to learn, follows direction, and is willing to get hands-on.
### 💼 PERSONAL ASSISTANT OPPORTUNITY
The Personal Assistant portion of the opportunity may include:
* Assisting with schedules and appointments
* Organizing documents and production materials
* Helping with meetings and production-related activities
* Assisting with communication and follow-ups
* Helping with social media and promotional activities
* Running business and production-related errands
* Keeping projects, tasks, and deadlines organized
* Providing general administrative and personal assistant support
* Assisting with day-to-day activities associated with film, theater, and entertainment projects
