HELLO! Need handyperson to help with:

install steel flashing around garage exterior
frame wall, shelving, install door to create room
add shower kit with water input & drainage
install high-hat type ceiling lights
repair or replace about 6 windows
repair / patch / mud / sand / prime sheetrock
lay laminate flooring + quarter-round / moulding
install shower door atop bathtub rim
