Fry Street Management is looking for a reliable handyman for as-needed property maintenance and repair work in the Little Village / South Lawndale area.
This is not a full-time position. Work will be offered as needed based on repairs, turnovers, and maintenance requests. If the first job goes well, we are looking for someone we can continue using regularly for future jobs.
We need help with general apartment repairs, including small plumbing fixes, doors/locks, blinds, drywall patches, painting touch-ups, light carpentry, basic punch-list items, and other rental property maintenance.
Must be reliable, communicate clearly, show up on time, and have your own basic tools. Experience with rental properties is a plus.
