Budget: $45,000
We need to install duckless mini split HVAC systems and we are looking for a licensed and insured contractor (or HVAC contractor who can sub/coordinate the rest) for the storefronts of a multi-unit building. Scope of work:
Install 4 ductless mini-split heat pump systems — one per each storefront unit, separately zoned (electrical work being handled by a separate licensed electrician — coordination with them required)
Requirements:
Must be licensed be the City of Chicago (at least class E) & insured (proof required)
Experience with multi-unit HVAC installations
Able to coordinate scheduling with electrician on-site
References and recent project photos preferred
