ABOUT THE POSITION
EMMG is hiring representatives to support Astound in a third-party customer service and sales capacity. Astound offers a
low-rate Internet program designed to provide customers with affordable service options. Representatives do not work
directly as Astound employees; they work with Astound through Exclusive Mass Marketing Group and represent the
program in customer-facing sales environments.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Represent Astound through EMMG in face-to-face customer interactions.
• Introduce customers to Astound services and available options.
• Educate customers and help identify services that fit their needs.
• Answer questions and explain services, packages, pricing, and options clearly.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Complete customer enrollments accurately and follow program guidelines.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
WHAT TO EXPECT
• Face-to-face customer interaction in door-to-door and retail sales environments.
• Daily interaction with new customers.
• A structured sales and customer-service process with two weeks of initial training.
• Hands-on coaching, ongoing development, and opportunities for advancement.
• A team-oriented environment focused on communication, customer service, and sales.
COMPENSATION & TRAINING

Earnings are performance-based and can vary depending on individual sales production.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid government-issued ID.
• Strong communicator who is comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face.
• Friendly, professional, outgoing, motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Reliable and willing to learn and receive coaching.
• No prior sales experience required.
