New Teeth Chicago Dental Implants is seeking an exceptional Private Patient Concierge and Treatment
Coordinator to guide patients through a highly personalized implant and aesthetic dentistry experience. This
position combines front desk leadership, patient relationship management and treatment coordination in a
private pay practice.
Led by nationally recognized implantologist Dr. Irfan Atcha, our practice focuses on advanced implant
treatment, full mouth reconstruction, complex and revision cases, and customized smile transformations.
Patients often travel from across the country and internationally for care.
The Position
You will create the first impression of our practice and remain an important point of contact throughout the
patient journey. The right candidate combines the hospitality of a luxury concierge with the organization,

• Maintain complete and accurate patient records in Dentrix and related systems.
• Protect patient confidentiality and provide discretion for privacy-sensitive patients.
• Maintain a calm, immaculate environment while anticipating patient needs and resolving concerns with sound
judgment.
The Ideal Candidate
• Warm, polished, articulate and naturally hospitable.
• Comfortable speaking with patients considering treatment ranging from approximately 10,000 to 55,000
dollars or more.
• Able to discuss significant fees without becoming apologetic, aggressive or overly sales-oriented.
• Emotionally intelligent and able to connect with patients who may feel anxious, embarrassed or overwhelmed.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and consistent with follow-up.
• Professional, discreet and able to manage competing priorities without appearing rushed or flustered.
• Dependable and interested in becoming part of a long-term team.
• Motivated by exceptional patient care and responsible practice growth.
