Cloud9ine Tech Services is currently seeking part time and fulltime field techs who have excellent customer service skills. The role requires technicians who possesses a calm demeanor w/ an encouraging communication style. This is a hands-on support role, and the techs will need to be comfortable working alone and on a dispatch on demand type of basis. Some of the incidents will be very simple and straight forward to resolve. Hours may vary from 2 or 3 hours a day or 4–8 hours depending on the type of projects that are being worked. However, the nature of work tends to be very straight forward and simple if you follow directions and carry yourself in a professional manner. Technicians need to be comfortable working alone but will be supported by a team of engineers who will provide direction while onsite w clients. Some of our clients are high end and can be challenging to manage but the work is simple. The pay ranges between 29.00/hr. - 34.00/hr. Technicians needs to be self managed and flexible.

Cable Management
Audio/Visual
Low Voltage Cabling
Scheduling

Job Requirements:
*Laptop Computer
*Basic hand tool set (drill is a +)
*Spare network cables
*Bootable drive w Windows 10 OS
*A valid state issued ID or Driver's License
*USB to RJ45 Console Cable
Technicians should have a working vehicle because some jobs may require up to 25 miles of travel. The majority of the jobs will be in the downtown and Chicagoland area .
