Experienced Remodeling Guy Wanted
Looking for an experienced guy to work with me on residential remodeling jobs.
This is starting as a helper position, but I’m looking for someone who could eventually become my full-time guy if we work well together.
You need to have real experience doing complete bathroom remodels. I’m not looking for someone who only knows one part of the job.
You should be comfortable with most of the following:
- Bathroom demo
- Framing
- Drywall
- Cement board
- Waterproofing
- Schluter systems
- Tile
- Shower floors and walls
- Niches and benches
- Flooring
- Vanity/toilet installation
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electrical
- Exhaust fans and venting
- Trim and finish work
- Painting
- Caulking and grout
I do a lot of bathroom remodeling, so I need somebody who can actually work, keep up, and eventually be able to take a bathroom from start to finish with me.
Must be reliable, show up when you say you will, work clean, and know what you're doing. You don't have to be perfect at everything, but you need to have a solid remodeling background and be willing to learn the things you don't know.
Own basic tools and reliable transportation preferred.
Pay depends on experience and what you can actually do.
If interested, send me:
- Your name
- Where you're located
- How long you've been remodeling
- What you can do on a complete bathroom
- Your hourly/day rate
- Pictures of some of your work
Looking for someone interested in steady, long-term work—not just a couple of days.
