We are looking for a reliable, experienced handyperson to assist as needed with maintenance and repairs at several residential buildings in and around Roscoe Village.
Work may include:
- General repairs and property maintenance
- Minor carpentry and drywall work
- Painting and touch-ups
- Doors, locks, and hardware
- Basic troubleshooting and repairs
- Exterior and common-area maintenance
- Other small projects as they arise
We're looking for someone who is dependable, responsive, experienced, and takes pride in doing things correctly. Good communication is important.
