Centennial is an elevated casual craft beer bar / restaurant in River North. We are focused on providing top-notch guest service from our staff, outstanding craft beers from our 36 rotating taps, and a stand-out menu from our scratch kitchen.
We have a great team here, and our team is growing. Candidate must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Able to help with kitchen prep
- Able to stand continuously throughout an 8 hour shift
- Able to lift / carry up to 50#
- Good attitude and team player
- Reliable
- Working knowledge of sanitation procedures
- Food Handler certification
