I a moving out of my apartment. I am hoping to sublet for December; open to sublet until June 30, 2027. Also possible to sign entirely new lease with landlord for a one-year+ lease.

Right at the corner of Little Village, Pilsen, and Douglas Park. Lots to walk to! I really love this neighborhood, moving to California.

Washing and Dryer in the unit. Dishwasher. Tiled bathroom. One bedroom / but small bedroom, more like a large studio with a bonus room.

Building management recently put on a new roof to the building and updated the water main - great water pressure in unit. Everything is like new in this apartment.

Neighborhood is sweet and charming; easy to find street parking (permit parking required). Neighbors are super friend.

I am happy to leave furniture, including my Queen Bed. I also have a couch and table I can leave.
