COMPENSATION AND FLEXIBILITY
- $90,000 to $110,000 base salary plus commissions

THE ROLE
You will be the single point of accountability for regional construction projects. You will handle scheduling, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and compliance from home. Site visits are rare and planned well in advance.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
You are right for this role if you:
- Have hands-on construction or project oversight experience
- Are self-motivated and can work independently from home
- Read plans, understand budgets, and communicate clearly
- Are comfortable with basic tech (Excel, email, video calls)
- Want to contribute without burning out
- Have a driver’s license and vehicle for occasional travel
