We provide the space, equipment/facilities, and the wine-bar environment. Your concept remains an independent food business with control over its menu, food, staffing, purchasing, and day-to-day operations. The relationship is not a partnership or joint venture.
You are responsible for food purchasing, inventory, preparation, employees, payroll, food permits, food safety, cleaning its areas, and food-related customer issues. We are responsible for wine/alcohol operations, its own employees, and liquor compliance.
DAYS/HOURS OF OPERATION: Thursday through Tuesday, 3pm to midnight. Subject to negotiation.
Opportunities to throw private events, wine dinners, and joint promotions.
We are looking to sign a 6 to 12 month contract. Option to terminate contract with 30 days notice.
