Pay
Starting Driver Pay: 45% of gross load revenue after diesel and toll expenses are deducted.
Performance Raise: 50% of Gross load revenue after diesel and toll expenses are deducted at 30 days (pending good performance & safety record).
Consistent Intermodal Freight: Dependable loads with minimal downtime.
Staged freight-no constant lift ons or lift offs
Weekly Direct Pay: Get paid fairly and transparently for the work you do.
Requirements
CDL: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
Experience: Minimum 2 year of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience.
Intermodal Experience: Preferred, but solid container/regional experience welcome.
Endorsements: Tanker / Hazmat if possible, NOT REQUIRED
Safety Record: Clean MVR and active Medical Card.
No major moving violations or preventable accidents in the past 3 years.
Traits: Strong communication, punctual, self-motivated, and treats equipment with respect.
