Looking for a reliable cleaner for common-area cleaning at 8 small apartment buildings on the South and West Side (Chatham, South Shore, Greater Grand Crossing, Back of the Yards, West Garfield Park). All are 3-story walk-ups, 6 to 23 units each. Work is sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming hallways and stairwells, cleaning entry glass, wiping down mailbox and laundry areas, and picking up litter around the outside of the building. Every other week, one visit per building, flat rate per building per visit. Ongoing work, paid per visit. You need your own supplies and transportation. Reply with your rate per building and where you've done this kind of work before (buildings, not just houses). We'll start with a paid trial clean at a couple of buildings.
