COOLCROWN HEALTHCARE SERVICES LTD IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCE HOMEMAKER SUPERVISOR THAT DRIVES.
Job Title: Homemaker Supervisor (Driver Required – Home Visits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise, train, and support homemaker staff to ensure quality care
• Conduct home visits to each client to assess service delivery and satisfaction
• Monitor caregiver performance and ensure compliance with care plans and company policies
• Address client concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly
• Assist with staff scheduling, assignments, and coverage as needed
• Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective actions for staff when necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation of all visits, including client feedback and observations
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff
• Provide backup homemaker services when needed (light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, etc.)
• Marketing for referrals and contacting case Manager to resolve issues concerning participants.
• Implementing the PCPOC developed by the CCU, ensuring timeframes
• are met.
• Reporting to the CCU any changes for the participant, such as, health
• concerns, hospital stays, family issues, items on Individualized Back-up

• Plan, etc.
• Reporting to APS any suspected Abuse, Neglect, or Exploitation
• Has Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal vehicle for travel to client homes
• Proof of current auto insurance
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening .
• Ability to perform household tasks as needed
Work Environment:
• Field-based role with regular travel to client homes
• Combination of supervision, documentation, and occasional direct care duties
