This is a B2B inside-sales position where you will speak directly with business owners across the country who may have an active need for our tax-resolution services.
No sales experience is necessary. We provide training and teach you our proven system. We are looking for people who are confident on the phone, professional, competitive, coachable, and motivated to succeed.
What You'll Do
• Make a high volume of outbound B2B calls to small-business owners nationwide.
• Speak with business owners and identify potential tax-resolution opportunities.
• Qualify prospects and generate new client opportunities for our Senior Tax Consultants.
• Work with fresh B2B leads provided daily.
• Follow M&M's proven sales process and receive ongoing coaching and training.
• Work toward weekly and monthly performance goals.
No consumer calls. No door-to-door sales. No calling random businesses. Our leads are businesses that have a potential need for our services.
Compensation & Benefits
• $30,000 base salary
• $50K+ first-year earning potential

Work Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:45 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM

You'll work from our unique loft-style Lakeview office with a casual dress code, standing desks, laptops, music throughout the day, and an employee lounge featuring Ms. Pac-Man and entertainment.
