Up for sale is a single lot of approximately 3,500 sq. ft. of authentic, reclaimed Eastern White Pine salvaged from a historic building in Canada, precision-milled, and ready for immediate installation.
Backstory, Photos & Viewing:
This material is the surplus lot from our own personal home build. The photos attached to this listing show the exact same batch of timber installed and finished across the rooms, hallways, and living spaces of our house. You can clearly see the tight growth rings, authentic character marks, smooth planed surface, and warm natural patina. We simply over-ordered to guarantee enough coverage, and the remaining ~3,500 sq. ft. has been stored flat, dry, and protected indoors ever since.
We understand a purchase of this size is a significant investment, so we are more than happy to show you both the stored lot in person before you buy so you can verify the quality, milling, and appearance with complete confidence.
Note: This lot is being offered strictly as a single package of approx. 3,500 sq. ft. We will not break it up for small orders.

Bullet Kiln-Dried: Professionally kiln-dried to interior equilibrium moisture content (EMC) — eliminates moisture, sterilizes any dormant insects/larvae, and permanently prevents cupping or shrinking
Bullet Milling & Prep: Hand de-nailed with metal detectors and precision-milled clean by Amish craftsmen in Wisconsin. Smooth face, square edges, and flat planed backs for a clean, hassle-free installation
Bullet Widths: Authentic mixed-width spread ranging from 4" up to 8" (creates the traditional historic floor pattern shown in our photos)
Bullet Lengths: Consistent, uniform 8-foot planks throughout (easy to transport, minimal butt-joint layout issues, less cut waste)
Bullet Condition & Storage: Stored flat, stickered, and completely dry indoors; clean, stable, and ready to lay right off the stack
