ASSISTANT MEDIA REPRESENTATIVE for Political Campaign - Seeing sharp, energetic team player, with interest in media and/or political science to visit media entities (TV and radio stations, newspapers, etc.) as a representative of the campaign. Position involves researching and connecting with individuals in the media, and dropping off press releases and other materials.

Work location is our campaign office (N. Michigan Avenue near Ontario in Mag Mile) and in the field. Hours are part time for the duration of the campaign, somewhat flexible as mutually agreed. Ideal for grad student interested in learning from a seasoned political and media team. Position would start approximately September 1st.

Requirements include at least some college, excellent communication skills and strong organizational ability. Professional demeanor and attire (business and business casual) is required. A car is a plus but not essential; mileage and transportation expenses for field work will be paid.
