Location: Based out of Pilsen (Chicago, IL) – On-site projects across Chicagoland and around the country
Pay Rate: $25.00 – $30.00 / hour (Based on project/experience, with room to grow up to $50+/hr for a lead installer). The faster your learn your job the faster your pay will rise.

About the Role: We are the premier Chicago art logistics and installation business looking to add a dedicated, high-character team member. We specialize in transporting, handling, and perfectly installing high-end artwork, mirrors, and sculptural pieces in luxury residential and commercial properties. No prior art installation experience is necessary. We will fully train you in the craft. This position is ideal for someone looking for a steady part-time work as you learn that can scale into a full-time career.
What You Will Do: Learn to safely unpack, handle, and transport fragile, high-value artwork and objects. Precisely measure, level, and securely install art pieces using a variety of hardware and wall anchors. Maintain a pristine, organized workspace while working inside client properties. Collaborate closely with the lead installer to problem-solve complex or heavy structural mountings.
What We Look For (Requirements):
High Character & Personality: You must have a professional, clean appearance and a courteous demeanor that resonates well with high-end clients. You must be at ease working with designers and homeowners.
Spatial & Mathematical Acumen: Excellent spatial awareness. You can read a tape measure accurately down to the fraction of an inch and have an eye for design.
Comfort with Tools: Basic experience using hand tools, power drills, levels and more. We will train you but a background of using tools is highly preferred.
Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift, carry, and stabilize heavy or awkwardly shaped objects (up to 75 lbs) alongside a partner.
Proximity: Must live in or have reliable daily transportation, our office and training studio is in Pilsen.
