Notes
Turn the key, grab the manual shifter, and let this **black 2002 BMW 3 Series convertible** remind you why driving can be the whole point of the trip. With the top down and that silky **3.2L inline-six** up front, it delivers a classic BMW mix of smooth power and eager response—helped along by modern-for-its-day engine management and variable valve timing that keeps the pull feeling lively across the rev range.Being **rear-wheel drive**, this drop-top leans into the enthusiast formula: balanced, confident, and engaging. The chassis is tuned to feel purposeful, with performance-minded suspension calibration and a wide, planted stance that pairs beautifully with the staggered performance tires and satin-finish alloy wheels. Steering effort naturally builds with speed, and when the road tightens up, the grip and composure make back roads feel like they were drawn specifically for you.And when it’s time to rein things in, ventilated four-wheel disc brakes with anti-lock control are there to keep stops strong and predictable. Little performance touches add to the vibe—like the polished quad exhaust outlets and the distinctive body details that give this convertible an athletic posture even when it’s parked.Inside, it’s exactly the cockpit you want for a driver’s car: **black leather** surrounds you, the instruments are clear and purposeful (complete with oil temperature readout), and the cabin keeps things comfortable with automatic climate control. Day-to-day life is made easier with smart conveniences like one-touch power windows, an auto-dimming mirror, onboard computer functions, and a finished trunk with useful versatility when you’re packing for a weekend escape.Safety tech is thoughtfully integrated too, with front and side-impact airbags, monitoring systems, and protective crash responses designed to add confidence without distracting from the drive.Best of all, for added peace of mind, a **CARFAX report is available** for this vehicle. If you’ve been waiting for a black convertible that’s equal parts fun, focused, and genuinely rewarding with a manual transmission, this one is ready to make every drive feel like an occasion.
