Looking to get started in the transportation industry? Reliable Transportation Specialists, Inc. is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Dispatch Assistant to support our intermodal trucking operations. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with basic computer skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to emails professionally.
Enter and process orders accurately and on time.
Assist dispatchers with daily driver routing and shipment updates.
Scan documents and maintain organized records.
Help with day-to-day office and dispatch tasks.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to solve problems and work well with a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.
