Seeking a reliable hands-on maintenance technician with HVAC certification. Must be able to handle general maintenance and repairs in vacant and occupied units. Duties: Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units, strong skills in plumbing, electrical drywall, appliance repair, etc. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Company van supplied during work hours. Must be able to work independently and efficiently.
