We are **willing to train the right person.** If you're hardworking, dependable, and know how to use basic hand tools, we'd love to work with you.
We're looking for someone who can perform simple field work such as:
* Changing locks
* Mowing lawns and trimming weeds
* Trash outs and debris removal
* Basic handyman tasks
* Property cleanups
* Securing vacant homes
One of the **most important parts of this job is taking clear before, during, and after photos** with your smartphone. We'll show you exactly what photos are required.
### Requirements
* Reliable vehicle (truck preferred but not required)
* Smartphone with a good camera
* Ability to lift and move debris
* Basic hand tools
* Dependable and able to meet deadlines
* Willingness to learn and follow instructions
