Demley Old Snifter Corkscrew and Bottle Opener. Lots of wear to the gold finish consistent with age and being used through the years . the felt on the bottom is very worn and thin.

Based on "Mr. Dry" a cartoon character created by Rollin Kirby representing Prohibition and Andrew Volstead, Volstead Act . Fun conversational piece . ~ 6.5 inches tall , weighs 248 grams on my kitchen scale or 8.75 ounces nice heavy weight for it's size. Made of some type of metal . Questions are always welcome .
